I'd like to thank my guest this week The Rubes for coming down to the station and spinin' some tunes on a Saturday night. This was prolly one of my best shows ever, musically, guestly, humorously, damn it was just a good show. I have to say Ogden (DAWGDEN!) pound for pound, string for string is putting out better bands then the Salty City right now. I had CART! on my show this last Saturday, they wahrocked, the show kicked some tail and the Playlist is the puddin of proof.

Be sure to check out CART! sometime in the future, they have a new album coming out the first of '06 so I'm sure they'll be back on THE Show.

So Monday morning I flew down to Los Angeles, my work really fucked up and put me in shit central right on Century Blvd by the Airport at the Comfort Inn... First bad thing there I noticed was a piece of a crack pipe that was melted into my bed spread, then under the sink I found this

A baby food jar that was burnt on the bottom and all over the inside, I dunno what they was cookin' in there, but I'm sure it wasn't creamed corn. Then I found a bunch of pieces of glass in my night stand

so many pieces of glass around I shoulda just rolled around in it and I'd own the Comfort Inn by now.

Not everything was shitacular in LA, it rained, which is great people freak out, but also I got me a new skate, its a LandYachtz big ol' board with turning trucks so I can carve like I'm on a snowboard, also I cruised around on an electric skate with Kia the wonder dog

well thats about it, I think I'm all caught up, be sure to tune in tomorrow night for Not a Side Show The Rubes will be on busting out with stuff off their new album.

Ok, ok, okay, OK! Sorry after my Halloween Show with Fifi Murmur, yeah check out that playlist, lots and lots and lots of shit from outta nowhere. Fifi Murmur is a kick ass local band, be sure to check them out ASAP!

So like I was sayin' after my Halloween show I went to Las Vegas for a week, I was working at SEMA, the big car show down at the Vegas Convention Center all freakin week. So here's some picks of what went down on that kick ass weekend:

First, I went to the Hilton and checked out the Star Trek Experience, the new Borg Experience is hecka cool, if you haven't been yet, don't tell yer friends, they'll all laugh at you. So my buddy Boris bought me a kick ass drink there at Quarks its called a Warp Core Breach
ummm yeah, its like a Hurricane it damaged my levee's.
After I stumbled out of Quarks the Gorn got me
The rest of the night was kind of a blur. Nice thing about working down in Vegas was someone always wanted to buy me dinner so I had nothing but 28 oz. steaks and buckets of sushi all week. The show was pretty damn sweet, even though I'm not a car guy I really did dug it. So here's a hecka large slide of of just what was going on down there. I'd go back next year even if it was just to check out all the cool shit:

So Coolio was asking what I thought his new album should be called, he was saying it should be like a cool is cool again, or a new cool kinda thing, I suggested "The Renaissance of Cool" which Coolio thought was good, but we both agreed that most people is stupid so it might not fly. Oh yeah you might not be able to tell but they sign I'm flashing is a "U" for Utah!

Since the new Corvette's just ain't that cool folk been busting out with sweet kits

I'm not big on yeller cars but this one t'wasn't too shabby.

I have no idea what this was, it was kinda hecka sweet...

Saturn made some new sports car, this pic doesnt do it justice i'm just tryin to take up space...

Everyone had either a new 'Stang or a new Dodge in their booth...

Jay Leno had an M-1 tank engine ripped out and turned into a Dragster... whoa!

There were so many of the LAMEborgini's

I dunno they just aren't that kewl

But the Shelby Cobra was everywhere and they were kewl... and shiny

Here's a bad ass old Ford (I think from the 1930's), its covered with copper and the flames were made by brushing the copper in a different direction...

They say this here Saleen is the fastest street car you can buy @ 260 mph whoopdeedoo...
